Wenchang
Tower
¡¡¡¡A Qing-dynasty structure, it was built in 1609 and renovated repeatedly
during the reigns of later emperors. The main building, 20 metres in height,
is in the shape of a pagoda, with nine corners and three storevs. Its windows
are exquisitely painted and carved with a strong local artistic flavour.
